blush and black

If you’ve hung around here more than a minute, you know I am all about the pretty pink shades- on clothes, lips and nails and even on my head. Blush and bashful really are my favorite colors, but I love grounding them with black for wintertime looks, like this one, brought to you in partnership with my friends at Zaful.

Okay, let’s talk about this darling little chapeau. I couldn’t be more obsessed! It makes me feel like I totally deserve an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding. Goodness- the hat I’d wear to that! This one feels secure to wear, which is nice- it has a comb and a clip and is light and soft.

This lightweight calamine coat was a perfect pick for a west coast winter. It’s just got a few snaps, so best worn open- I also like it with a chunky scarf or sweater. I’m here for the flared sleeves and the delicate pearl detailing around them.

I do love a comfy swing dress, and the pretty Swiss dot textile, sheer neckline, and floral embroidery really elevate this black frock. It has the cutest little bell sleeves too, so I’m looking forward to its place in the springtime rotation as well.

if you want to grab a look like mine, i’ve got a discount code for you! From now through January 15, you can use SPOUTSZ11 for some serious discounts ($10 off a $60 purchase) on already great prices at Zaful- this whole look was under $100! Happy shopping, friends.
